March 12, 2021

Exo, a leading provider of data and analytics-driven asset inspection, maintenance, and remediation services of critical infrastructure for predominantly utility and commercial lighting end-markets, announced today that Dan Conkright has joined Exo as Chief Financial Officer, and we are happy to have him added to the team for many reasons!

“Much like the very essence of Exo’s mission, determining the risks and opportunities behind infrastructure, Dan supports us in the same way with his vast experience in finance, knowing how to plan for and manage future financial hurdles. He’s not just our finance guy; he’s an excellent partner in the business we’re building, a strong leader, and an effective communicator, which is what we need when planning for the future of United States infrastructure,” commented Zachary Oliphant, Exo’s President.

Mr. Conkright has over 25 years of experience building finance and accounting operations in service and other industries. Prior to joining Exo, Mr. Conkright served as Chief Financial Officer of A&B Valve and Piping Systems from 2016 to the end of 2020. In this capacity, he worked extensively with the launching and development of the Valve Service and Actuation group.

Prior to this, Mr. Conkright was CFO for TSI Flow Products. Mr. Conkright has held Financial Controller, Regional Controller, and Director of Finance positions as an expatriate in Colombia and Mexico, and in the US. Mr. Conkright received a BA in International Relations from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. With his extensive experience and unique method of collaborating with others, we know he is an ideal fit for Exo and our future as a team.

He is a member of the Baker Institute Roundtable of Emerging Leaders at Rice University and the Financial Executives Networking Group. Mr. Conkright is also active in the community as a school volunteer with the Debate Team and a coach with youth sports, giving younger generations a voice in their path while fostering strong leadership skills and excellent work ethic.
