We are excited to welcome Kay Tanner to the Exo family. She is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience building strong human resources departments. She has built HR programs from the ground up multiple times throughout her career and is recognized for her ability to collaborate with and support business operations to achieve maximum results. She spent the last seven years with Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) and a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.
